Ingredients

1/2 banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup wild blueberries

1 cup spinach

1 TBSP hemp seeds

1 TBSP Flax seeds

1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
